Tone Youth Guide for
360 Player Setup & Player Registration
From season 2023-2024, 360Player is the only application that all Tone Youth teams and age groups will be using for Match/Training Scheduling, Player Registrations, Membership Payments and Communications.
Please read all instructions carefully. If you get stuck please contact the Club Secretary.
If you already use 360Player with another organisation, please follow the steps below but login rather than create a new account. It will then skip most of the steps below and automatically associate you with Tone Youth as well as your existing organisation.
Your Tone Youth manager will provide you a dedicated link to join!

How to Add Additional Parents to a Child Account

Primary Parent only signs up firstList Item 1
Open on the link provided above to start the sign up process. Ensure that you select I'm a parent to a Player button and enter your details as they appear on your birth certificate.
Note: Sign up with email, please do not Sign up with Apple when asked!

Create a Player AccountItem Link List Item 2
Enter the Player's details as they appear on their birth certificate.
You can upload a player photo here if you wish.

Player Login for 360 PlayerItem Link List Item 3
We recommend you to create a login for the Player, be aware they will need their own email for this.
It will enhance their experience with 360Player, especially in older age groups when they have a mobile phone.

Add Another Child (skip if not required)Item Link List Item 4
If you have multiple children in Tone Youth, please add them now by clicking on Add another child to club in the Club Lobby.
Follow the same previous two steps.

Read the 23/24 Player & Parent InductionItem Link
In the club lobby you will find a link to the new 2023/2024 Player & Parents Induction, please take time to read this as it contains all the information you need for the season ahead.
It is relevant for new and existing families to Tone Youth!

Player RegistrationItem Link
Complete Player Registration for your child or children if you have more than one. Ensure you choose the correct form for your age group next season (2023 - 2024):
- Under 7s to Under 9s (inclusive)
- Under 10s to Under 16s (inclusive)

Download the AppItem Link
Search for 360 player in your Apple IOS or Google Play Store.
Download and install the App.
When prompted make sure you enable notifications!

Click on Account Settings from anywhere within 360Player.
Note: If on a mobile the menu is on the bottom right hand corner

Click on the My Children sub menu.

Connect to a ParentItem Link List Item 3
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the child account you wish to add additonal parents to.
Select Connect a parent to "child's name"

Sent an InviteItem Link
Enter the email address of the parent you wish to add to the child account and click Send Invite.
They will be sent an email and asked to create a 360Player parent account as above.
